1. General Information

This website offers holistic coaching services, including Ayurveda and life coaching, both online and in-person. All content is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice or psychological treatment.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All coaching sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system.

• Payment must be made before or at the time of the session via the methods provided (e.g., credit card, iDEAL, Paypal).

• Coaching packages (3-session or 6-session) must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions without prior notice (no-shows) are charged in full.

 

4. Refund Policy

• Payments for completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

• Packages are partially refundable only if unused sessions are canceled in writing with at least 48 hours’ notice.

 

5. Coaching Disclaimer

• Coaching is a collaborative process but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Services offered are not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or psychiatric treatment.

• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to participate actively, take responsibility for your personal development, and be honest during sessions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to book a coaching session.

 

7. Confidentiality

• All coaching sessions are strictly confidential.

• Personal information will only be shared with your consent or when required by law.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, visuals, Logo and downloads, is the property of Light of Harmony and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

 

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
