Ayurveda coaching combines the wisdom of traditional Indian medicine with modern coaching techniques to support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It helps you reconnect with your natural rhythm and restore balance in your life.
2. Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda to start?
Not at all. You don’t need any prior knowledge. I’ll guide you step-by-step, using simple tools and explanations tailored to your personal situation.
3. Is this coaching spiritual or religious?
No. While Ayurveda has roots in holistic and natural philosophies, the coaching I provide is non-religious and suitable for anyone—whether you're spiritual, curious, or simply looking for support and balance.
4. Who is this coaching for?
I work primarily with women (ages 30–55) who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, or out of balance—whether emotionally, mentally, or physically. My approach is warm, practical, and personalized.
5. Are the sessions in-person or online?
Both options are available. You can choose to meet in person in The Hague (Netherlands) or have sessions online via a secure video platform.
6. Can we switch between English and Polish during sessions?
Yes! I speak English, Polish, and Dutch. You’re welcome to communicate in the language you’re most comfortable with—even switching during the session if needed.
7. What happens during a typical session?
Each session is 60 minutes and includes gentle conversation, Ayurvedic insights, personalized guidance, and tools to help you move forward. You’ll leave with greater clarity and practical self-care steps.
8. What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s totally okay. You can start with a free 50-minute intake session to ask questions, get to know my approach, and see if it feels like a good fit—no pressure.
9. How do I pay for the sessions?
You can pay securely online during the booking process via credit card, iDEAL, or another available method. Packages must be paid in advance.
10. Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without a fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. See the Booking Policy for full details.
