Booking Policy

At Light of Harmony – Ayurveda & Life Coaching, I aim to provide a respectful and professional experience. Please read the booking policy carefully before scheduling a session.

Booking Appointments

• All sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.

• Coaching sessions are available online or in-person (in The Hague), in English, Polish, or Dutch.

Session Duration

• Free Intake Session: 30 minutes

• Single Session: 50 minutes

• Packages (3 or 6 sessions): Each session is 50 minutes and booked separately.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions without notice (no-shows) are charged in full.

Late Arrival

• If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

• Sessions cannot be extended beyond the allotted time.
